🔄 All Sales Are Final

All pallets are sold “as-is”, which means:

  • Contents may include customer returns, shelf pulls, overstock, or open-box items.

  • Items may show signs of handling, be incomplete, or have minor cosmetic damage.

  • Product images and descriptions are for general reference; actual items may vary.

We strongly encourage customers to review all available information and contact our support team with any questions before completing a purchase.


📦 Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

We will consider refunds or partial credit only under the following conditions:

  • You received a completely incorrect pallet (e.g., wrong category or product type).

  • Your pallet arrives with severe shipping damage that was clearly caused in transit.

To be eligible:

  1. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Send clear photos/videos of the damage or discrepancy.

  3. Keep all original packaging and shipping documentation.

Our team will evaluate the claim and may offer a resolution such as a replacement pallet (when available), partial credit, or refund.


💰 Refund Method

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued via bank wire transfer, typically within 7–10 business days.

  • No cash or card refunds are processed.


🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds or accept returns in the following situations:

  • Buyer changes mind after purchase

  • Unwanted items or dissatisfaction with product condition

  • Minor damages or missing parts common with liquidation inventory

  • Lack of resale value or inability to sell items
